So... What is Whenua? What is a Pod?

Whenua is the Maori word for Earth, so we are the Earth Pod here at RPS. A pod is our name for a learning community which has four classrooms, a da Vinci space, a teachers hub and two small cave spaces which can be used for independent learning at either end of the Pod.

At Remarkables the earth represents the opportunities to participate as a member of our local, pacific and global community. We are part of the world, therefore we must be responsible, global citizens. You can also see this on our logo. Can you work out which peak represents the earth?
